Te Aroha Noa in Palmerston North has partnered with the Vodafone Foundation and produced this video of Julene Duerksen-Kapao’s inspired work with rangatahi – helping them onto meaningful learning pathways.

The video is part of Vodaphone’s “I believe” series which features some of the World of Difference recipients.
